How to Pre-Order?

Pre-order usually being done before each shopping trip. To pre-order, you have to know your Brand, Design ID, and Type of item and just whatsapp to May’s Collections. Kak May will reply on the pricing and whether it is possible to get the item or otherwise.

50% refundable deposit is required to pre-order. If May’s is not able to get your item, we will fully refund your deposit. Once the item has arrived, you’ll be required to complete the payment. The item will be arranged for shipping or pick up. Kindly note that there will be extra charges for shipment.

Pre-order only applies to certain brands only. Please do contact us for confirmation.

How to place an order on Ready Stock item?

Once you have completed the order via website store, please do contact us for the payment and shipping arrangement. The order and payment has to be completed within 2 hours. If it is not completed, the order will be cancelled. 

IMPORTANT! Your placement of an order at MAY’S COLLECTIONS constitutes your absolute agreement that our terms and conditions apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before placing your order.

Are the products sold is authentic / original?

Yes, all products sold at May’s Collections are guaranteed authenthic.

What are the accepted payment method?

Please do contact us before make the payment. We will guide accordingly. We do accept payment in form of:

  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
Can i return or exchange my product?

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE FINAL

However, return will be accepted if you received the wrong item. Return must be made within 3 days after the products are received. To be eligible for refund, your items must be returned in the same condition that you received it and MUST be in original packaging.

Any defective NEW or PRE-ORDER products can be exchanged to their brands boutiques. (Only applicable to brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Dior. Kindly contact us first and we will guide accordingly)

For Pre-Loved item, the products sold are final, as we have provided pictures / video on the condition of the items. No refund or exchange will be provided for Pre-Loved item. 

Used beauty and perfume products are non -returnable

Do you accept installment payment?

Only applies to certain products. Kindly contact us for more information. 

IMPORTANT! 

Once you have agreed to the payment plans, all payments are NOT returnable until you have completed the installment. The installed payments won’t be returned if you decide not continue the installment plans mid way.

Penalty charges will be implied if the installment payment is late.

Once the installment payments have been completed, your item will be processed to be shipped or picked up. There will be extra cost for shipment that will be borne by the customer.
